Cocoons
Having the shape of a cube, impermeable to gases (hermetic), manufactured of white PVC, flexible, UV resistant. Designed for in or outdoor storage, for agricultural and non-agricultural commodities, dry and in bags. Can be installed at any location in minutes. Annual post harvest loss less than 0.25%. Effective life span 10-15 years.
SuperGrainbags
PE bags with a sophisticated gas barrier enabling grains, pulses and cocoa beans in the bag, to create a self generated modified atmosphere, similar to the principle of the CocoonTM.
Can be manufactured as individual bags or as liners in PP, jute or paper bags from 10 kg till 1,000 kg.
Ideal for packing and stocking of seed or sensitive products: spices, coffee, cocoa.
TranSafeliner
For safe transport of commodities in shipping containers. A multilayer bag to be inserted in containers (20’ and 40’), enabling build up of biogas (as in the case of cocoa) or alternatively, with the use of inserted CO2. During the transit time the container will be “self fumigated”, ensuring arrival of the shipment free of insects. In addition the TSL prevents condensation and damage as result of temperature fluctuations.`
SuperGrainbag High Capacity
Ideal for storing commodities in semi bulk without the need to fumigate, to prevent moisture ingress or oxidation. Provided as standard FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (also “big bags” made of woven PP). GrainPro provides the hermetic liner only or complete sets of FIBC + hermetic liner.
GrainPro Bunker™ or GPB™
For storage or large quantities of grain without large investments in infrastructure. For large quantities of 3,000 tonne till 30,000 tonne. Without operational costs. The grain will remain below the equilibirum moisture content.
